At Les Vieilles Ombres our style is unobtrusive, leaving you to plan your days and do as you wish - but you have the reassurance that if you need any advice or assistance, we will be on hand and be more than happy to help you. We have a selection of tourist information brochures to help you plan your days and we can offer “inside information” on how to make the most of your stay.
We will be more than pleased to provide guidance on some of the best places to buy wine or cognac, tell you of the restaurants which offer local cuisine and those we find most pleasing and best value for money.
Should you expect to arrive late in the evening, we will even arrange basic provisions so that your kitchen will not be empty when you arrive (but obviously we do need a little warning to do this for you).
Each Sunday evening we also hold an informal barbecue - charged at a minimal amount - to welcome you to Les Vieilles Ombres and provide an opportunity for you to get to know us a little better and ask any questions - but again, this is entirely optional and if you prefer not to socialise, we fully understand and respect your privacy. |
